The eco warrior retired from parliament in 2011.
In 1986 he was famously photographed riding the bow of the USS Oldendorf into Sydney Harbour during dramatic onsea demonstrations against American destroyers with nuclear weapons coming to Australia.
Cohen, then 35, and giving his status as unemployed, of Seven Mile Beach Rd, Broken Head, was charged with obstructing police in both Queensland and NSW.
