Kim Kardashian West opens up about recent traumatic events in her life in the trailer for the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
The reality TV star has kept a low profile since she was robbed at gunpoint during Paris Fashion Week in October 2016.
But in the shows 13th season, viewers will see 36-year-old Kim give an account of the moment she was bound and gagged by four masked robbers.
“They’re going to shoot me in the back” Kim tearfully recalls to her sisters Kourtney and Khloe.
“There’s no way out. It makes me so upset to think about it.”
The new promo also shows Kardashian receive a call that appears to be about Kanye West being admitted to hospital.
West was hospitalised late last year following a series of increasingly bizarre on-stage antics.
“Don’t scare me, please. What’s going on?” Kim cries as she speaks on the phone.
“I think he really needs me, and I have to get home.”
